Joe Fiamingo, President and Chief Executive Officer
Joe Fiamingo serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ocular. With over 35 years of hands-on operational and management experience, Mr. Fiamingo is a leading manufacturing executive with experience in multiple business sectors. Previously Mr. Fiamingo held the position of President and CEO at Conner Steel Products and International Wire Group. Mr. Fiamingo also served as President and COO of Courtesy Corporation, Executive Vice President of General Cable Corporation, Senior Vice President of J.B. Poindexter and Senior Advisor to Chanin Capital Partners. Mr. Fiamingo has an extensive background working with private equity groups and has led or participated in over 25 strategic acquisitions, integrations, consolidations and sales transactions.
Wes DeHaven, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Wes DeHaven serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Ocular. Mr. DeHaven has 20 years of experience with privately held, high-growth manufacturing companies in a wide variety of industries including electronics, automotive, medical, consumer and oil & gas. During this time, Mr. DeHaven held CFO positions at Directional Rentals, Inc., Conner Steel Products, Inc., Crain Industries, Inc., Courtesy Corporation and Cepia LLC.
In addition to managing all financial areas of these businesses, Mr. DeHaven was involved in the hands-on planning, implementation and execution of strategic acquisitions, integrations, greenfield startups, plant consolidations and the overall growth of these businesses, many of which included international business operations in China, Philippines, Mexico and throughout Europe.
Mr. DeHaven received a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Richard Wu, Vice President and General Manager, Ocular China
Richard Wu is the Vice President and General Manager of the Ocular manufacturing facilities in China. Mr. Wu has over 20 years experience in the industry and has completed training in IE, AME, PCE and production. Previous positions include Department Manager at Thomson Multimedia, General Manager at Sunway Electronics and Supply Chain Director for Jarden.
Mr. Wu earned his bachelor’s degree in Machinery Engineering from He Nan Polytechnic University and received his MBA from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Paul K. Massey, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Paul Massey brings 26 years of global marketing and business development experience in the technology industry to the Ocular team. Prior to joining Ocular, Paul held various senior management positions with Motorola and Emerson Network Power where he launched several successful global businesses serving the telecommunications, enterprise computing and embedded markets, including the development of a custom product business unit and a professional services practice.
Jim Spisak, Senior Vice President of Operations
Jim Spisak has over 25 years experience in the high tech industry, with focus on increasing customer satisfaction. Previously Jim lead the Customer Service and Technical Support team at Honeywell Process Controls, worked in various customer support and aftermarket strategy positions at IBM for 17 years and was also the Director of Global Product Services and Support at Emerson Network Power, Embedded Computing. Jim earned his bachelor’s degree from Yale University and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Shahna Kothapally, Vice President of Engineering
Shahna Kothapally has over 16 years of experience in the high-tech industry, holding previous engineering positions with companies such as Motorola and Emerson Network Power. Shahna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, two Master of Science degrees, one in Communication and Signal Processing and the other in Power Systems Engineering, as well as a PMP certification from PMI.
