Ocular Limited Warranty

1. LIMITED WARRANTY. All products are warranted by Ocular Touch, LLC (Ocular) only to Buyer for resale or for use in business, against defects in workmanship or material under normal use. Liquid Crystal Displays materials with mechanical defects must be returned to Ocular at the following address: 12700 Park Central Drive, Suite 750, Dallas, Texas 75251, within thirty (30) days of receipt by customer. Touch Panel Displays materials with mechanical defects must be returned to Ocular at 12700 Park Central Drive, Suite 750, Dallas, Texas, within one (1) year of receipt by customer. Removal of original protective film voids warranty on LCDs. A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“R.M.A.”) number is required before the return of any product will be accepted. The issuance of a credit against returned products is at the sole discretion of Ocular and is based upon the results of Ocular’s material analysis of the returned products. DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD ANY PRODUCT OR COMPONENT THEREOF WHICH IS DETERMINED BY OCULAR TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP AND TIMELY RETURNED TO OCULAR (OR OTHER AUTHORIZED SERVICE LOCATION, AS OCULAR DESIGNATES), SHIPPING COST PREPAID, WILL BE, AS THE BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, REPAIRED, REPLACED, OR PAYMENT REFUNDED OR CREDITED WITHOUT PRODUCT REPLACEMENT, AT OCULAR’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OPTION.

2. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. No warranty or affirmation of fact, expressed or implied, other than as set forth in the Limited Warranty statement above is made or authorized by Ocular. Ocular disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to Buyer’s product misuse, improper product selection or misapplication. THERE ARE NO UNDERSTANDINGS, AGREEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN, RESPECTING THE GOODS OR PRODUCTS REFERENCED HEREUNDER, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY OCULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF BUYER.

Return Materials Authorization

在将 RMA 产品退回 Ocular 之前,请打电话 469-398-1140 给我们的客户服务部门获取 RMA 号及装运细则。 RMA 号必须显眼地显示在装运箱外面以方便识别。 任何没有正确显示 RMA 号和没有正确装运手续的 RMA 产品都将被拒收并退回发件人,费用由发件人自付。

按照行业惯例,将怀疑有缺陷产品退回 Ocular 的运费由客户承担。 退回的产品必须妥善包装以避免在运输过程中受损。 如果 RMA 包装不符合行业标准的包装惯例,Ocular 可以自行决定拒绝接收 RMA 货物。

Ocular 将在我们的仓库收到 RMA 产品的 30 天内对其进行检查并采取适当措施。 有时候,技术复杂性将延长检查时间,Ocular 将特别通知你新的 ETA。

Ocular 坚持“修理或更换” RMA 的行业惯例政策,即 Ocular 将自行决定是修理 RMA 产品还是用相同或类似产品进行更换。 Ocular 如果认为“修理或更换”不切实际,也可以自行决定选择将款项记入客户账户。

Ocular 保留对过多的通过我们质量检查的 RMA 产品收取“没有发现问题费”(NPF 费)的权利。 如超过 25% 的 RMA 产品通过检查(根据每个单独的 RMA 号),则此 NPF 费,相当于原始发货单价格的 33%,可能评定给通过 Ocular 质量检查的 RMA 产品。

对于 RMA,Ocular 将不接受客户的借款单。 借款单大大增添双方公司在 AR、AP 和库存流程中的工作负担和复杂性。 我们非常感谢你对这项政策的理解。 Ocular 可以自行决定,选择向你的账户发送贷项备忘录。 该贷项备忘录将邮寄给你,并始终引用 RMA 号以帮助你核对你的账户。
